CONGRATULATIONS TO JASON AND CHRISTINA! MAY YOUR DAYS BE MERRY AND BRIGHT TOGETHER!
christina's wedding was in november and oh my, was it one to remember! look at the beautiful, beaming bride.
everything was exquisite. every detail met and then some. look at these flowers! it was flowers galoure throughout the reception site.
we danced the night away.
family pic minus one. ted was in the wrong state to be included in the pic.
let them eat cake! i've never seen such a grand-sized cake before! and, ah, i love initials and greenery. dreamy. christina thought of EVERYTHING.
most of the wedding party. such a glamorous, regal affair.

it's beginning to look A LOT like christmas...

well, not really that much here in the ATX. it's going to hit 80 degrees today. regardless of the weather or what circumstances of life have come your way, HE is the reason for the season.
bringing us a message of hope.
bringing us a message of peace.
bringing us a message of joy.
bringing us a message of love.
what a great message to send us into a new year.
a message to not just remember the 25th of december.
but, one to carry us through the year.
each and everyday.
365 days a year.
that HE is always with us.
and brings us hope, peace, love and joy.

a girls' getaway before the big day!

christina will soon be a mrs., so it was time to get the girls together and celebrate!
we (chris, me and some of the other bridesmaids) stayed the weekend in this oh-so-chic looking lake house with a million dollar view!
this oh-so-chic house just happens to be where my bridesmaids hosted my girls' weekend before my wedding. i was so glad to be back.
and let me just tell ya, the inside is just as tasteful as the outside.
we started the weekend with a delish meal prepared by leighann! thanks, leighann!! she was also the "event planner" of the weekend and all i can say is wow, you did a great job, leighann!
shawna and i. the weekend included but was not limited to the following activities: boating, movie time, and manis/pedis.
the gals pre-dinner.

dinner at the iquana grill. oh, and let me set the mood...dinner at sunset. =)

no matter the age, girls just want to have fun.
