cruisin'

adam found a great deal on a 5-night cruise to cozumel and progresso, mexico so we decided to take the plunge over the thanksgiving break.
merry christmas from the seas! i love christmas and christmas decorations so i was pleasantly surprised to see the ship "decked" out in christmas decor!
we loved getting to see the towel creations that were left in our room every night.
cozumel. uh, looks like adam got the wrong size boots and oh my, his hair is very different!
relaxing by the water in cozumel.
a view of our ship.
we also stopped at the port of progresso. at this port, we decided to go on a tour of merida, a city of a million people and less than an hour away from progresso. the city is known for its' european style architecture. the governor's palace.
a beggar. there were beggars everywhere.
the ceiling of a catholic church in merida. magnificent. built in the 16th century.

in honor of thanksgiving, i decided to do a little jiggle.
and another. (one of my favorite parts was dancing at dinner! hehe.)
on our turkey day.
our table at dinner. we sat with 2 other very nice couples, 1 from idaho and the other from fort worth.
we hope to sea you again soon!
